To work in liaison with the Personnel function concerning recruitment processes and ensure that all necessary HR paperwork is completed, particularly to prevent illegal working and ensure correct selection (e.g. take up of references, checks of passport, right to work checks etc).

You will oversee everything — from spiritual preparation to project logistics, music production coordination, artist management strategy, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: ** Spiritual Preparation Leadership** Lead and coordinate a 40-day prayer chain (online and onsite) prior to the event. Ensure full participation of all 300 worshippers in the spiritual preparation, creating schedules and tracking involvement. Be available for all prayer sessions or ensure proper delegation. ** Recruitment and Mobilization** Recruit and manage 300 worshippers, maintaining diversity goals (60% white, 20% black, 20% other races).
