Confirms with the Sous Chef any day to day special requirements or up-coming events. Carries out any reasonable checks to ensure all duties have been fulfilled during the day. Checks storage areas to ensure that proper storage and rotation of food takes place. Supervises and maintain good housekeeping standards in assigned areas, and follow up all cleaning programmes.
