Private Members Club, nestled under the historic streets of London, our basement lounge in Bank is home to six private meeting rooms, three Brunswick Championship pool tables and a cinema for both private hire and club screenings. Emptying fruit machines, jukeboxes, pool tables and other gaming equipment we have in pubs and clubs throughout Kent, Sussex, London, Essex and Surrey. You will have a route working Monday to Friday, no weekends or Bank Holidays. You will have a company car, phone and tablet to carry out your role. We are hiring! We are a snooker club who serve alcohol and bar food and are looking for experienced staff who have previously worked in hospitality to join our team. Looking for people who are enthusiastic, friendly, prepared to work weekends and late night shifts. All applicants will be expected to work at least 1 shift over the weekend. Shifts Midweek 6pm-1am Weekends 6pm-2am Location E10 6AP, preference will be made to applicants who live locally and do not have issues travelling late at night or early in the morning.

Our General Manager will be expected to work alongside the active ownership team to achieve the below roles: Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and motivation among the staff. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the bar. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to prevent shortages or wastage. Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. Create a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. Compliance and Licensing: Ensure the bar operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
