Stevenson Recruitment have been instructed by our client to invite expressions of interest for the following vacancies: · Head of charitable giving · Head of commercial partnerships Scope of work Our client operates in the sport and physical activity sector; interest and experience in this field is preferred but not essential, though you will be expected to align with the organisations vision and values. Due to an exciting new worldwide project our client is seeking to source specialist consultancy support. The successful candidates will work in partnership to meet the organisations goals for income generation. Tasks will include but not be limited to: - Manage commercial/charitable partner contracts, activations, and reporting. - Build and develop relationships with existing and new partners. - Lead business development in specific areas, working with partners to create innovative solutions to fulfil customer and commercial needs. - Support the Head of Development to secure new partnerships. - Develop new assets to enhance services and deliver new revenue streams. - Work with internal staff and teams to integrate commercial/charitable activity across the organisation. - Facilitate analysis of digital activity and campaigns related to commercial/charitable activations, to support the business to make data-driven decisions and provide insight to partners. - Support the delivery of the Commercial/Charitable Engagement strategies. Exact details of the project are confidential at this stage, but will be shared with candidates ahead of final stage interviews. Rate of remuneration Candidates are encouraged to express their desired remuneration at the point of application, though it is expected that the rate will be ten percent of the amount raised by the candidate in the performance of their role. By way of understanding of the scale of the project, £200,000 has already been secured in just two months via a team of volunteers. It is not envisaged that there will be an upper limit to the commission available for the successful candidate. Hours of work This work is ideally suited to someone operating on a consultancy basis, and hours of work are negotiable in line with candidates other commitments. As a guide it is expected that the successful candidate be willing to commit at least ten hours per week to the role, and will be able to prioritise meetings with potential partners. Start date Ideally immediate, and no later than 8th April 2024. Duration Initial two-year consultancy period with option for extension.
