As a Kitchen Porter at Fable Stores, you will support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Your role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our food hall. Key Responsibilities: • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment., • Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy, including floors, surfaces, and storage areas., • Assist with food preparation as needed, following hygiene and safety standards., • Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently., • Support kitchen staff by providing assistance during busy periods. Requirements: • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not required., • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards., • Good team player with effective communication skills., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
