We’re a busy restaurant and need someone who can bring the same pace and enthusiasm to work with them that we want to model for our FOH staff. You’ll be a critical thinker who is always questioning if we’re doing things the best way possible, and able to enjoy the pressure of a busy service. We are after someone who can see what needs doing and tackle it in an organised and efficient manner, with the skill to prioritize and plan ahead. We handle everything from accounts to bookings to ordering and stock, so while this role will be floor focused it has a strong operational aspect and it's important you're confident with this side of the business too.
