We’re looking for an experienced Business Relationship Manager to act as a trusted bridge between the business and technology, owning engagement across a complex retail and supply chain domain. You’ll work closely with senior business leaders to shape demand, define short, medium and long term roadmaps, and ensure technology initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities. This is a senior role with line management responsibility, focused on delivering market-leading service to Lockton’s Retail FI clients while supporting growth, retention and talent development within the team. This role will join the GFI leadership team. Role Purpose To provide strategic account management and broking services to Lockton’s GFI Retail clients, including programme placement for complex risks. The role will promote and oversee the delivery of excellent client service, retention and growth, while contributing to new business development, RFP responses and the onboarding of new clients. The position also includes leadership responsibility, mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring compliance with Lockton procedures and client KPIs.
