My client is a well‑established fashion clothing supplier actively seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Process customer orders accurately and monitor them through to delivery, • Maintain sales reports, product data and inventory information with strong attention to detail, • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing professional support and updates, • Coordinate sample management, ensuring samples are tracked, organised and accessible, • Support the sales team with admin tasks, including scheduling, follow-ups and internal coordination, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Person Requirements • A background in fashion sales administration/Buyers Adminstration or Production, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, English should be a first language due to the accuracy needed, • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, • Excellent organisation, accuracy and time‑management, • A positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn, • Must be eligible to work in the UK
