Sales Operations Manager – Globally recognised Toy Giant 📍 Marlow | Hybrid Working • Salary up to £65,000 per annum, • 10% STI bonus, • 5% employer pension contribution, • PHC, • Lots of soft perks An exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised toy company business with an outstanding reputation for innovation, collaboration, and people development. We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across a fast-paced UK & Ireland sales organisation, leading a team of 4 direct reports. Candidates from FMCG, consumer goods, toys, food & beverage, household, personal care, or other branded product environments are all encouraged to apply. This role will play a critical part in enabling frontline sales teams to focus on growth, customers, and execution while leading a high-performing support function behind the scenes. This is far more than a traditional sales support role, it’s an opportunity to influence processes, improve scalability, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and shape how a best-in-class commercial organisation operates.
