We are part of a multi-store bridal group, with a reputation for inclusivity, expertise, and exceptional customer experience. ⸻ The Role We are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware Store Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Glasgow boutique. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards across both service and store presentation. You will be responsible for: • Driving store performance, • Leading and managing a part-time team, • Ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience, • Representing the brand both in-store and across social media ⸻ Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Standards • Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, • Maintain exceptional standards across:, • Visual presentation, • Cleanliness and organisation, • Fitting room readiness and experience, • Ensure all appointments run smoothly, on time, and to brand standard Sales & Commercial Performance • Drive store targets including:, • Conversion rate, • Average order value, • Add-on sales (veils, accessories, packages), • Support and motivate the team to maximise every appointment, • Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement Team Management • Manage and organise a part-time team, • Lead by example on the shop floor, • Provide structure, accountability, and clear expectations, • Ensure consistency in service across all team members ⸻ Customer Experience • Deliver a premium, welcoming, and memorable experience for every bride, • Handle customer queries or concerns professionally and confidently, • Ensure every bride receives a consistent Bridal experience ⸻ Brand & Social Presence • Act as a confident, front-facing representative of the brand, • Support content creation and in-store social media activity, • Be comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to brand storytelling, • Work alongside the marketing team to bring campaigns to life in-store ⸻ About You Essential: • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing management role, • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of sales performance, • Confident leading a team and holding people accountable, • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, • Professional, polished, and confident in a client-facing environment, • Comfortable being visible on social media and representing the brand ⸻ Desirable: • Experience in bridal, fashion, or luxury retail, • Experience managing part-time or flexible teams, • Marketing or content creation experience, • Strong understanding of customer journey and in-store experience ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • Someone who notices the small details others miss, • Someone who takes ownership and pride in their store, • Someone who is as focused on results as they are on experience, • Someone who brings structure, consistency, and energy to the team ⸻ Package • Competitive salary (dependent on experience), • Performance-based incentives, • Opportunity to grow within a multi-store bridal group ⸻ Why Join Us This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing bridal group, where you will have real impact on store performance, customer experience, and brand presence.
