Ask Rany Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Manager to lead our store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily operations, maintaining stock control, and ensuring exceptional customer service while achieving business goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Organize and oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and staff efficiency. - Allocate responsibilities to team members and supervise their performance. - Guide, support, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential. - Monitor stock levels, manage purchasing, and ensure spending aligns with budget targets. - Address and resolve customer complaints professionally to uphold the store's reputation. - Conduct regular inspections across all store areas and resolve operational issues. - Plan and implement in-store promotional events and merchandising displays. - Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations within the store.
