Analyze financial reports for growth opportunities. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients. Assist with registrations and resolve conflicts. Collaborate with staff to enhance class offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous administrative management experience, preferably in dance or related field. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and studio management software. Knowledge of dance preferred. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Working Conditions: Primarily office-based within the studio, occasional participation in events may be required. Standing and lifting may be involved.
