Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairdresser at Garcia Hair Lounge.The Hairdresser will be responsible for providing excellent hair care services to customers, including styling, cutting, and coloring, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and consultation. Qualifications Proven experience as a Hairdresser with excellent customer service skills Experience with a variety of hair styles and cutting techniques Knowledge of hair care products and treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple clients Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed Professional appearance and demeanor Commitment to customer satisfaction and upholding the salon's high-quality standard **Commission Based Role  ** Chair Rental is optional
