Hello everyone. I’ve recently opened a new restaurant in Hackney Central. It’s gone great so far and we’ve had a fantastic first few weeks. I’ve been running it myself for the time being, so am looking for someone to work under me for the next 8 weeks - and then eventually assume the position of full time manager after that time period - so long as both parties are happy. We are entirely centered around customer service - so making every diner feel incredibly special and welcome is a non negotiable skill in order to suit this role.
