Enterprise Account Executive – French- or German-Speaking Our client is a fast-growth, international software organisation providing a range of cloud-based solutions to businesses across the leisure & entertainment space. They are renowned for their software, winning awards annually for their customer-centricity, and are clear market leaders in the space. After recently raising north of $40M in funding in 2025 ($100M+ funding raised in total), they are now looking to expand their enterprise level team by onboarding 2x new Enterprise Account Executives (French-speaking or German-speaking). Both roles are crucial in managing the full sales cycle with enterprise-level organisations as well as growing the company’s footprint across Europe. This is a hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days per week in their London office. Responsibilities • Manage full sales cycle with enterprise-level clients across the leisure & entertainment space, • Identify growth opportunities for won clients to increase revenue generated, • Maintain strong, long term relationships with both prospective & existing stakeholders, • Lead in-depth discovery session and deliver tailored demonstrations to prospective clients, • Collaborate with wider internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and implement effective sales strategies, • Maintain long-term pipeline of prospective customers, • Act as an ambassador to the brand and point of contact for customer queries, • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends The Successful Candidate • 4+ years experience closing enterprise-level software deals (ideally closing deals at $50K-150K / managing 6-12 months sales cycles), • Mid-market level candidates closing deals at this value or close to this will also be considered, • New business prospecting experience is essential, • Fluency in French or German, • Commutable to their London office 2-3 days per week Enterprise Account Executive Package • Basic salary: up to £96,000, • OTE: x2, • Healthcare options, • Pension options, • Access to Employee Assistance Programme, • Flexible working options, • Individual L&D budget, • 25 days annual leave, • 4 additional wellness days off

The Company Our client is a high-end London venue group delivering events across a premium portfolio. They’re doing around £8m in revenue, with average events in the £30–40k range and a strong base of repeat corporate clients, particularly across tech, finance and construction. The focus now is on getting more out of what’s already there. Better conversion, better use of enquiries and more from existing clients. The Opportunity You’ll be responsible for around £2m of revenue across incoming enquiries, repeat clients and new business. There’s plenty coming in, but a lot of it isn’t right. The job is knowing what to pick up, getting to it early and converting it. Getting clients on site, asking the right questions and moving it forward, not sitting behind email sending quotes. There’s a clear pattern in what wins. Once you see it, it’s about going after more of the same, whether that’s through the inbox, past clients or your own outreach. You’ll run your deals properly from first contact through to confirmed booking. You’ll stay close to the client and only hand over to planning when it’s right for them, not just to clear your desk. The Candidate • You know how to spot a good enquiry, get to it first and take control of it. You’re comfortable working to a number and you want to earn from it., • You listen properly, read the client and adjust how you handle it., • You don’t try to do everything. You focus on what’s likely to land and put your time there., • You’ll likely come from venue sales, events or hospitality, or be selling into similar clients and want to move closer to this space. Either way, you’re commercially sharp, competitive and know what good looks like., • You’re comfortable on the phone, happy getting in front of clients and you don’t wait to be told what to do. The Package Base salary up to £45,000 with uncapped commission. If you’re good, you’ll earn well. Good volume, a strong team and a clear plan to grow. With the business aiming to double revenue over the next five years, there’s real scope to progress as it scales.

Senior Account Manager • Contract Type: 12 month FTC, • Location: 3 days in the London office, • Salary Rate: £45,000 - £55,000 Experienced Medical Communications SAM to operate across one global account consisting of three brands in nephrology, urology and transplantation and one UK oncology account. Capability to flex across multiple active workstreams and prioritise effectively. Strong client facing management skills to negotiate challenging budget and timelines conversations and drive multiple stakeholders to consensus required for projects to progress. Willingness for some on-site activity at standalone meetings and an appreciation of scientific content to allow them to act as reviewer. Comfortable managing budgets and internal account team as well as briefing in-house medical writers and designers and SAM level strategic engagement. Active pursuit of organic business growth opportunities.

Job Summary: Manage the International Reinsurance Catastrophe Modelling team in the pricing and accumulation monitoring of catastrophe exposures. Remit of role is global excluding Americas & Caribbean Job Details: • Manage catastrophe pricing for reinsurance in Zug and Singapore, covering Europe and Asia Pacific, • Oversight of the Probable Maximum Loss process for International Reinsurance, including the following – (i) Monthly roll-up for modelled perils (ii) Derivation of non-modelled perils (iii) Completion of reconciliation process quarterly to meet Audit requirements, • Undertake and review validation of external catastrophe models in key peril-regions within scope of role, including presentation of results to Chief Reinsurance Actuary and company management, • Manage completion of catastrophe modelling elements for regulatory returns. This will include fulfilling FINMA (Swiss regulator) requirements as required by Swiss OpCo, likewise for MAS (Singaporean regulator) in respect of Singapore branch and Lloyd's for Singapore service company, • Catastrophe event reporting – ensure the production of accurate and timely information in respect of natural catastrophe events in Europe and Asia Pacific. Communication of results to underwriting and senior management, • Modelling process – collaborate with other senior leaders of the Catastrophe Modelling group to ensure best practice as regards installation and optimisation of vendor software. Research and recommend ways in which process can be improved through in-house development or software acquisition, • Support the Chief Reinsurance Actuary as a member of the Catastrophe Modelling Management Team on matters and initiatives relating to catastrophe business eg climate change, exposure management, validation policy, selection / renewal of models, determination of peril-regions to validate Person Specification • 10+ years’ experience of treaty reinsurance in the field of catastrophe modelling and risk management, • Established expertise with RI products (particularly Property)., • Strong technical skills in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, physical science, or related field, • Strong communication skills required and comfortable working within an underwriting team sharing views on risk, strategy and market trends., • In-depth working experience in the use of vendor catastrophe modelling software (Verisk, RMS)., • Knowledge in use of SQL for performing queries on large exposure datasets., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Ability to multitask, work independently to deadlines and solve problems. Must be highly organized, accurate and detail oriented.
