With an excellentreputation and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a commerciallyfocused Marketing Executive who can take ownership of the marketing activity andplay a key role in generating new business opportunities.This is a hands-on, office-based role where you'll be responsible for deliveringmarketing campaigns that strengthen the brand, generate quality leads andsupport the sales team. Work for an ambitious company that is investing in its future and valuesinnovation, creativity and new ideas.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage a 12-month B2B marketing plan aligned to business growthobjectives. Create and deliver lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, socialmedia and digital channels. Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified enquiries and supportbusiness development activity. Build brand awareness by promoting the business through the most effectivemarketing channels, industry platforms and events. Create engaging marketing content including emails, newsletters, productlaunches, case studies, blogs, brochures, lookbooks and sales collateralusing AI and design tools where appropriate. Manage and update website content and landing pages to improve customerengagement and conversions. Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, website traffic and leadgeneration metrics, making recommendations to maximise return on investment. Use AI tools to streamline content creation, campaign planning, marketingautomation and day-to-day marketing activities. Coordinate external suppliers, agencies and print providers where required. Ensure all marketing activity is aligned with the company's brand, values andcommercial objectives.ABOUT YOU Previous experience within a B2B Marketing Executive or similar marketingrole. Commercially minded with a passion for generating leads, supporting sales anddriving business growth. Strong understanding of branding, customer positioning and selecting theright marketing channels to reach target audiences. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Confident using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, website CMSplatforms, social media and marketing analytics. AI savvy, with experience using AI and design tools to create professionalmarketing assets and improve productivity. You don't need to be a graphicdesigner, but you'll have a good eye for branding and visual presentation. Able to interpret campaign data and make informed recommendations to improvemarketing performance.
