Strong diary management and rebooking skills are key to keeping the schedule full and organised. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Deliver manicures, pedicures and nail treatments to a premium standard\n, • Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat bookings\n, • Achieve retail and treatment targets through genuine recommendations\n, • Manage your diary accurately, handling bookings and rebookings\n, • Maintain a clean, hygienic, well-presented treatment area\n, • Support colleagues as part of the wider clinic team\n, • Stay current with new treatments, techniques and products\n\n Requirements \n\n • NVQ Level 2 minimum in Nail Technology or equivalent\n, • At least 1 year's experience in a salon, spa or clinic\n, • Strong focus on manicures and pedicures, with high attention to detail\n, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n, • Able to manage a busy diary independently and as part of a team\n\n Working HoursFull-time, permanent: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday. \n This is more than a job, it's a chance to join a premium brand, work with luxury products, and grow your career in a supportive, expanding business. \n This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975.
