Field Care Supervisor spends 80% of their working week in the field, the balance being spent in the office to complete their necessary administration. • Working hours will be flexible. • To undertake assessments for new packages within 48 hour, first QA after two weeks. • Conduct Risk Assessments as part of the Individual Needs Assessment and to update these as required as part of the Service User's risk management (Re-assessments at 6-monthly intervals for double-handed service users, and annually, or as required, for all other service users) - Some urgent visits maybe required during the week. • Report any changes in a Service User to the Care Coordinating Team. • Monitor all Service Users for customer satisfaction. • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation held in Service Users' homes. • Ensure that all written reports and administration is up to date and signed off by Operations Management Team. • Liaise closely with the Senior Care – Coordinator/Operations Management Team and report back regularly on activity in the field. • To attend service user reviews as required by the Local Authority. • To record on the system the outcomes of all such reviews. • To carry out spot visits to Service users’ homes whilst Care Workers are in attendance when required. • Responding to complaints and queries from service users.
