The ideal candidate would have interest in Fashion, the ability to multi task and deal with difficult situations whenever such situations arise. The objective of the role is to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers. • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times • Keep the reception and the shop floor area clean and tidy, at all times. • Deal with all enquiries in a timely, professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail. • Administer all bookings, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy via our in-house database. • Keep up to date with current pricing, to provide information to customers, on request, while maximising sales opportunities. • Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their satisfaction • Report any issues immediately to the Directors, including maintenance issues with furniture, fittings and equipment • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws • Carry out instructions given by the Directors in a timely manner
