Full job description CDP, COOK, Chefs Arepa & Co is an independent Venezuelan Restaurant in London and we are looking for a Chef De Party (CDP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chef with passion and proven experience. You will assist with the day to day running of the kitchen and ensuring that high levels of service are maintained. - Main Responsibilities ================== Must be able to adapt and work in all sections of the kitchen Ensure you closely follow all H&S standards, kitchen procedures, recipes and prep guidelines. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join us. We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience about Mexican and Spanish food to join us on developing new dishes for our lunch menu. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in planning menus and ensuring that all meals are prepared according to our standards. • Manage and oversee the kitchen team, ensuring that all staff are working efficiently and to the highest standards. • Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all food is properly stored and rotated. • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order. • Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are visually appealing and of the highest quality. • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
