Qualifications and Skills • Experience or knowledge in management, preferably within sport, leisure, hospitality, or customer service., • Strong communication and customer service skills, demonstrating inclusivity and empathy., • Passion for sports and leisure, with an understanding of industry best practices., • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a solutions-focused mindset., • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse, multidisciplinary team., • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
