Our chef de partie will work to share their experience of team trips to Sri Lanka with their knowledge and enthusiasm for carefully selected ingredients and come together for meals in London restaurants to keep their knowledge and passion at the forefront. Inspired by Colombo’s streets which join jungle, beach, and sea. Dishes are shared and use local, ethical produce. We're in the process of moving to a tasting menu format, using modern techniques. A Sous-chef can expect: £14-15 per hour Small space, small team – quality time to focus on produce and learning Flexible and fair rota’s with every Sunday off Complementary food/drink from our menu during trial shift Team trips to Sri Lanka Team trips to other restaurants: keep learning
