Our brands include: • Tourism Iceland Ltd (ATOL/ABTOT licensed tour operator), • Glacier Airline (launching 2026 – Iceland-focused virtual airline) We sell premium Iceland travel packages — including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours like glacier hikes, ice caves, and helicopter rides — to UK-based customers. Role Overview We’re hiring a PPC Specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns, help launch new routes and tour offers, and scale up lead generation for our UK audience. You will work directly with the founder and creative team to own the performance marketing strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/Instagram), and YouTube campaigns, • Create and manage remarketing funnels and audience segmentation, • Optimize landing pages with the dev/design team for conversion, • Set up GA4, Tag Manager, and Conversion tracking, • Monitor campaign performance and manage ad budgets effectively, • Deliver weekly reports on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics, • ✅ 3+ years of experience in PPC and performance marketing, • ✅ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, • ✅ A proven track record improving ROI and lowering CPA, • ✅ Strong analytical skills – you live in dashboards, • ✅ Experience in travel/tourism/eCommerce is a big plus, • ✅ London-based or able to work from our office (W9) part of the week, • ✅ Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable working with a startup mindset Compensation & Structure • 💰 £20–£35/hour (depending on experience), • 🕒 Approx. 15–20 hours/week to start, • Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in West London (W9 area), • 3-month initial contract with potential for extension or full-time role How to Apply Please submit: 1.     Specialist Support Worker – Epilepsy & Complex Needs Full Time – 18 year old friendly disabled teenager with epilepsy, severe autism and movement disorder. Location: At home with his family in Finsbury Park An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and compassionate individuals to join our Specialist Epilepsy Support Team. Main Duties of the Role Deliver high-quality, safe support to the teenager with complex epilepsy and associated conditions. Provide 1:1 support ay home and in the community. Both day shifts and waking night shifts. Monitor and record seizure activity, administer emergency medication in line with training, and respond calmly to incidents. Support the teenager to achieve set goals, follow behavioural program. Communicate effectively with family, colleagues, Aba Consultant and health professionals to ensure consistent, person-centred care. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), contributing to care planning, risk management, and safeguarding. Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion at all times. What We’re Looking For Essential: Experience working with people with epilepsy, autism or learning disabilities (as a carer, support worker, or volunteer) as well as associated health conditions and needs (bowel care and urinary care). Ability to remain calm in emergencies and follow seizure management protocols. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive, reliable, and caring attitude. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Team player who can also work independently. full UK driving licence preferred but not essential. DBS Desirable: Epilepsy or rescue medication training. Experience working with individuals with complex health and behavioural needs. Knowledge of safeguarding adults and young people.
