The right person will be a team player with natural hospitality and leadership skills. As the first point of contact for the lounge customers the right candidate will have impeccable customer service skills, balanced with and informal approach and charming personality. It is a demanding role in a 100+ cover lounge so at least two years' experience in a similar role is essential. You should be fluent in English, passionate about deserts,beverages and hospitality.
