    Phase Homes is a new therapeutic residential children’s home in Milton Keynes, providing high-quality care for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD). Our approach is rooted in the PACE model and a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework, supported by specialist psychological input. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can heal, grow, and achieve positive outcomes. The Role We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and effective leadership of the staff team. Key Responsibilities • Support the Registered Manager in the operational management of the home, • Lead, motivate, and support the residential staff team, • Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and daily records are maintained to a high standard, • Promote safeguarding and ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and Ofsted requirements, • Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to staff, • Support the implementation of therapeutic and trauma-informed practice, • Work collaboratively with professionals, families, and external agencies, • Act as the Manager in their absence, including on-call responsibilities About You You will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people and confident in leading a team within a residential care setting.
