Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. A passion for coffee, with extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques. Experience in event management or working in a culturally vibrant environment is a plus. Financial literacy, with experience in budgeting and financial management.
