Little Jungle is an OFSTED ranked Outstanding Early Years Provider in Peckham / East Dulwich (South East London), working with 85 children each day split across two locations. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following: · Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards. · To examines drawings and specifications to determine job requirements. · To selects and measures appropriate wood and cuts, shapes and drills to specification using saws, planes, chisels and other power or hand tools. · To aligns and fixes prepared wood pieces by screwing, nailing, gluing and dowelling to form frames, shop fronts, counter units, decking, theatrical sets, furniture, small wooden craft, scale models and wooden templates. · To maintains and repairs woodwork and fittings. · To checks accuracy of work with square, rule and spirit level In addition to the responsibilities referred to above, you must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of innovation and leadership quality. Fire Alarm Engineer Up to 32k (36k ote) About The Company Our services include the design, installation, and service support of Fire, CCTV, Access control, Intruder alarms, Emergency lights, Fire Extinguishers, and Nurse call systems. Since the company’s formation, we have also become a leading specialist in wireless radio fire alarm solutions. The Role This is a unique opportunity to work with a friendly company that maintains a family feel. Based in Southampton, we are currently seeking engineers to join our service team covering the south of the UK. £25-32K (dependent on experience) is on offer for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer to provide planned maintenance on Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems. (Training is available to become a multi-skilled engineer) Junior or trainee engineers will also be considered. Package: Up to £32,000 basic (36k OTE) Overtime available Commission scheme Call out - £250 stand-by per week + time and a half door to door. Performance related bonus Scheme (£1000+ per year) 26 days holiday + bank holidays Travel paid after 30 mins each way. Training Scheme (Manufacturer, Fire Industry Association & In house) Full training room at our head office with multiple fire and security panels Vehicle + Fuel card provided. All plant tools supplied (drills, steps, ladders, etc) Main Responsibilities: Service and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control systems Occasional small works on the above systems Experience with Advanced, Kentec, EMS, and EDA (desirable but not essential) You will also be responsible for the servicing of emergency lighting.
