Job Responsibilities: 1. Executive Support: - Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally. - Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations. - Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. 2. Administrative Assistance: - Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. - Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. - Process expense reports and manage reimbursement requests. - Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO as needed. 3.
