The responsibilities of the Sommelier are: - Welcoming members and their guests to the restaurant - Leading your section with precision and charm - Assisting the Cellar Team and deliver wine to members - Developing service standards - Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests The Experience & Qualifications required as Sommelier are: Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member’s club advantageous The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
