Is Supermax the sexiest bar in London? We think so, but we designed it so we are biased. Timeout agree with us – as featured in their top 30 bars in London (so we are not alone!). Inspired by Italo disco from the 1970’s – Supermax is an instant hit with anyone who steps across the threshold. We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Bar Manager to join the team - is that you? Even better if you love disco, soul & funk but not essential. We believe communication and efficiency are the most important skills and qualities of a bartender. Which means you have the ability to make good quality, delicious cocktails in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities: - Leading the charge on weekly bar cleanliness and maintenance. - Set up and close down. - Assisting the bar manager with duties such as stock take and training. - Leading the bar during service. - Running the bar on quieter shifts. - Maintaining a keen interest in cocktail/bar trends. - Contributing to weekly/monthly specials. - Covering holidays. Based in Kings Cross, London
