Title: Take Away Manager Reports to: Director Summary of Position: At Kebab and Pizza Bar ltd we are looking for an experienced manager to join our team to take on full operational responsibilities of the shop including open and close procedures. • Make daily/weekly rota to ensure Chef cover during the trading hours • To maintain the highest standard in managing the team and serving customers • Training staff and ensuring food safety protocols are in place as required • Ensure all team members abide by the Health and Safety legislations and guideline • Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring take away is always clean and tidy • Taking orders and serving food and drinks • Work with Uber Eat, Deliveroo and Just Eat to ensure all orders are prepared in agreed time • Able to manage customers concerns, allergies and complaints • Provide support to other team members as and when required. • Any other reasonable duties as required to fulfil the business needs. • Cashing up and keeping accurate record of daily sales and expenses • Ordering supplies with suppliers and keeping accurate records of deliveries
