About the role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic barista to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. While experience in a similar environment is preferred, there is always opportunity for those who represent true hospitality. We are proud to have a very diverse team and celebrate individuality – we just ask to be yourself Responsibilities Routine maintenance of the bar area and coffee machine, including stock take, hygiene maintenance and prepping for service. Interacting with and serving customers during service. Be an ambassador for our brand at all times, through exceptional hosting skills and service. Working with the bar manager to keep out coffee quality competitive. Requirements Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential.
