Eight Mediterranean Restaurants is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Tatsfield. As a new Mediterranean restaurant concept focused on healthy eating, we are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our diners have a memorable visit. Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include: • Greeting and seating guests warmly and efficiently., • Presenting menus and providing detailed information on our Mediterranean dishes., • Taking accurate food and beverage orders, and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff., • Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously., • Ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service., • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally., • Collaborating effectively with all team members to ensure seamless service., • Accurately processing customer payments. We are looking for an individual who possesses: • Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting., • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • The ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure., • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, across weekdays and weekends.
