The food and beverage operation is central to the guest experience, encompassing breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and private dining. We are looking for a passionate and hands-on manager who can lead from the front and ensure exceptional standards are delivered throughout. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience within a high-quality restaurant, luxury hotel or similar environment. As Food and Beverage Manager you will: Oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operation Lead restaurant service and maintain exceptional standards Manage and motivate the front-of-house team Deliver outstanding, warm and professional guest service Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service Assist with staffing, rotas and team development Monitor service standards and guest feedback Support private dining and other food and beverage events Assist with stock control, purchasing and departmental costs Help drive the continued success and development of the food and beverage operation You will have a genuine passion for food, service and hospitality, alongside the ability to lead and develop a team. Strong restaurant experience is essential, and you should be comfortable being visible on the floor and actively involved throughout service. This role would suit an experienced Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager or ambitious senior hospitality professional looking to take on a broader management role within a highly respected independent luxury hotel.
