THE ROLE We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Brand Manager to join our team and take ownership of some of our own much-loved brands. In this role, you will have genuine autonomy and the influence to show your impact. You must enjoy managing a wide variety of brand activities, from consumer campaigns, product development, and packaging design to future sustainability matters. We’d love to speak to you if you’re a highly creative and commercial Brand Manager with experience in a multi-faceted role with both B2B/Trade and B2C brand experience. Your analytical ability, a bias for excellence in strategy, and execution will be critical. You will work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values your unique perspective and contributions. It’s essential that you can commute reasonably to High Wycombe, please also note our working hours. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include: • Developing brand plans and strategic 3 year plans for RH Amar’s own brands: Cooks&Co, Mary Berry’s and Camp, • Engaging with the sales team on execution of brand initiatives across all trade channels, • Managing and developing our DTC proposition to support future brand development, • Working with the PR and Communications manager to develop and execute PR and social media plans, • Working closely with the sourcing team on product development, • Contributing to our ambition to achieve Net Zero for our brands by 2030, • Managing budgets and the P & L for each brand REQUIREMENTS: • Relevant experience in FMCG in marketing / buying roles is a plus, but we value transferable skills just as much as direct experience., • It’s essential that you do have strong brand management experience within a fast-moving business., • A highly commercial mindset, underpinned with creativity, perception and a deep understanding of what drives brand and customer engagement, both from B2B and B2C standpoints., • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams., • A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn, whether through formal training, work experience, or self-driven learning., • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus, but training will be provided., • Embrace our core values and dedication to making a positive impact WHAT WE OFFER: From your very first day, you’ll have access to the following benefits: • 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays, • Private medical insurance, • Eyecare support, • Employee assistance program, • Life assurance, • On-site yoga, • Exclusive discounts on all our products, • Volunteering days to support a charity of your choice, • Performance related bonus scheme, • Regular social events APPLICATION PROCESS: • Initial Screening (Virtual): A brief meeting to understand your experience and provide more details about the role beyond the job advert., • First Interview (In-Person): A deeper discussion of your experience, skills, and areas for growth, along with a comprehensive introduction to our company., • Final Stage (In-Person): A meeting with one of our directors and, potentially, a chance to meet the wider team.
