We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded National Account Manager to play a key role in driving UK growth. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic influence with hands-on execution, managing key account relationships, guiding an external sales agency, and shaping the commercial strategy of a brand that’s making a real difference in the market. You’ll be part of a high-energy, ambitious team, helping the business grow its presence, impact, and reputation across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities • Lead and inspire the 3rd-party sales agency to deliver exceptional results across retail, convenience, and on-trade accounts., • Monitor sales performance closely, taking action to hit targets, grow distribution, and improve rate-of-sale., • Support and lead customer negotiations, joint business plans, and the sell-in of exciting new products., • Collaborate with the Commercial Director on pricing, trade terms, and channel profitability to maximise growth., • Partner with marketing to ensure brand plans are aligned with channel strategies and customer needs., • Oversee trade marketing campaigns, making sure activations land effectively at point of sale., • Turn customer and shopper insights into actionable strategies to drive commercial performance., • Protect and champion brand integrity while pushing sales growth and market presence. Required Experience and Background • 5+ years experience in FMCG sales, commercial or account management roles, preferably in drinks or food sectors., • Proven experience managing key accounts, national accounts, external sales agencies or distributors or similar, • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, trade terms, and P&L delivery., • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead national account relationships successfully., • Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills., • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities across channels and customers., • Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about purpose-led brands., • Positive, high-energy, and flexible, with occasional UK travel as required.
