Warehouse and Operations Coordinator Duration: 01/2026 – 11/2026 Location: Offshore Essex Rotation: 2/2 Warehouse: Working with the SOV Operations Coordinator, Stores Manager and the Senior Technician to maintain a suite of operational procedures and processes to ensure all parts, consumables tools and PPE is received, shipped and tracked efficiently. To include inventory, tool, certification and calibration, PPE and waste management. Follow the waste management plan that looks to segregates the waste streams at source, allows clear identification and storage of waste onboard the vessel and a controlled and efficient demobilisation process to shore side receptacles. Maintain communication channels and points of contacts between the offshore team, the SOV back office and the shore based fleet team. To include stock adjustments process, PPE and tooling requirements, certification & calibration, adhoc parts requests for trouble shooting and quality checks/ queries. Collation of picklists / requests from the Senior Technicians and /or Stores Manager. Create, identification and quality checking of service bundles/kits for the next 24 hours work prior to mobilisation. Respond to adhoc requests from the service teams on the WTG’s and clear handover to the Single point of contact for the vessel crew for all craning and deck work both operational at sea and alongside the quay. In collaboration with the SOV Stores Manager support the planning of port calls with vessel team, shore-based teams communicating same to all stakeholders, ensuring that port call activities are planned and implemented to mitigate risk of vessel delay. Communicate purchasing requests to the shore-based team in a timely manner to avoid any unnecessary mobilisation or servicing delays. Operations Coordinator: Delivery of toolbox talks prepared by either the SOV operations Coordinator or the Senior Technician. Ensuring that the teams accessing the WTG’s have all the information, documentation, tooling and parts to enable them to complete their allotted tasks Receive, review and file documentation received from the offshore teams in line with the established processes Act as the Operational Controller by Stopping, Starting and Yawing turbines into position for SOV approach. Supporting Technician team on the turbines from the SOV back office when the Senior Technician / Operations Coordinator are not available. DELIVERABLES • Service kits are presented at the WTG for the technicians to quality, time., • On vessel stores is maintained appropriate for the scheduled work and in a manner that supports time and safe efficient mobilisation of the technical team., • Waste and product return 100% accounted for., • All parts, tools and consumables 100% allocated to the WTG and site in CMMS, • Toolbox talks and pre work briefs are delivered to a standard that avoids ambiguity., • Authorised Operational Controller CERTIFICATIONS • GWO – Advanced First Aid, Sea Survival, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, • Slinger/Signaller, • IOSH Managing Safely. OTHER REQUIREMENTS • SAP materials management user, • Experience in stock control, • Ability to travel and work in Germany – no visa required as working outside 12NW territorial limits., • Ideally experience of using SCADA / Turbine control systems
