Reactive Maintenance Operative – HGV (7.5t) Location: Sleaford Depot (Relocating to Pode Hole in April) Rate: £170 per day Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Work We are recruiting Reactive Maintenance Operatives (7.5T Driver) to join our highways team working across the Lincolnshire road network. Monday-Friday 07:00 start. Usually 8-9 hours daily. Working in a two-person crew, you’ll respond to highway defects including potholes and carriageway repairs, operating a 7.5t vehicle and hotbox while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Our client, a well-established and reputable transport and distribution company, is currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their busy depot in Sleaford. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, with the role becoming permanent after 12 successful weeks. Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work when required. Key Responsibilities: Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently Loading and unloading goods within the depot Moving stock and materials across the warehouse and yard Supporting general warehouse operations as required Adhering to all health and safety procedures Requirements: Proven experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift A valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence Strong awareness of health and safety in a warehouse environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team This role offers the chance to join a stable and growing business, with the opportunity to secure a long-term permanent position
