The Role Your core mission is simple: win instructions and grow the business. You’ll own client relationships from first contact to onboarding, combining sharp phone skills with confident face-to-face appointments. Half your time will be spent prospecting, nurturing, and setting appointments. The other half will be out on the road valuing property, targeted touting, and attending the occasional viewing. This is a results-led role with clear KPIs, strong commission, and real autonomy.
