This role is focused on developing and nurturing relationships with broker distribution channels and their clients, taking a consultative approach to identifying and solving complex risk financing challenges — including the strategic use of captives. How you'll make an impact • Broker Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and their client networks to identify opportunities for alternative risk solutions., • Consultative Selling: Lead discussions with brokers and prospects to understand their risk profiles and financing needs, offering tailored solutions including captives and other alternative structures., • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through broker channels, industry events, and targeted outreach., • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop feasibility studies, programme designs, and proposals that align with client objectives., • Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and brokers, articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively., • Industry Experience: Insurance broking, captive advisory, or alternative risk financing with proven track record in commercial insurance sales and programme development., • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build rapport and trust with brokers and senior client stakeholders., • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and risk data., • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for modelling and analysis; familiarity with risk financing structures., • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation delivery., • Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand client business models and align risk solutions with strategic objectives.
