Key Responsibilities: Working as part of the wider North Air maintenance team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of personnel working at each of the designated Vehicle Service Bays (VSB’s) within their region. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for all people management of the team in their region, Resource Planning, Project Management and ensuring all training requirements are met to maintain an efficient service across the nominated operational sites. The role holder will also be responsible for providing a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, site engineering standards, training, maintenance and quality procedures to JIG, COMAH and industry best practice.
