Role Overview:
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex IT projects within the scope, time, and budget constraints. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, minimizing risk, and ensuring a high standard of quality across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address challenges as they arise.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and status updates to senior leadership.
Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
