We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and marketing activities for our SAMPANGI GROUP OF COMPANIES. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and building a high-performing sales team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through portals, field work, and references Handle site visits and explain project details to clients Convert leads into successful sales (Agriculture farmlands/plots / villas / flats) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and manage a strong sales team Develop marketing strategies (online & offline) Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors Track market trends and competitor activities Ensure timely collection and documentation process 🔹 Requirements: Minimum 1–5 years experience in Real Estate Sales/Marketing Strong knowledge of Agriculture farmlands, plots, open lands, and property sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team handling experience preferred Target-oriented and self-motivated 🔹 Skills Required: Property Sales & Closing Client Handling & Follow-ups Team Leadership Market Analysis Lead Generation 🔹 Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary + High Incentives Attractive Sales Commissions Growth to Senior Manager Level Supportive Work Environment 🔹 Working Details: Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 09:00 AM – 6:30 PM
