The role involves onboarding new customers, promoting our digital courier services, and building strong relationships with local businesses and franchise partners. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Educate customers and local businesses about IHRO FAST’s courier booking system Identify potential franchise partners and onboard them Meet daily/weekly sales targets Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with operations team to ensure service satisfaction Attend local campaigns, field visits, and events as required ✅ Requirements: Minimum 10th pass / HS / Graduate (any stream) Experience in field sales / courier / logistics preferred Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, basic English) Own smartphone with internet Local area knowledge is a plus 💰 Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Monthly Performance Bonus Travel Allowance (if applicable) Opportunity to grow as Area Manager or Franchise Partner
