Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the relationship with insurance consultants to meet sales targets, recruiting and training insurance consultants, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring sales progress, providing ongoing coaching, and developing sales strategies to increase business. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to recruit, train, and motivate insurance consultants Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is a plus
**Business Operations Associate ** Location- Ahmedabad Experience- 6 Months to 1 year Task: Should be able to execute different reports / processes properly without errors. Should be able to understand the requirements quickly & have ability to prepare detailed documents Should be able to co-ordinate different topics within or outside teams effectively Preferred to have e-commerce domain knowledge at process level & execution side. Should have thought process to analyze the existing process limitations & make suggestions on improvements. Should be able to prepare excel based tools using formulas to work upon & debug the existing excel based tools to resolve queries. Make documentations with formatting and in proper detailing Basic knowledge on Excel working with formula handling & reporting. Need to do multitasking, able to deliver tasks on time with expected quality Work closely with German team for operative processes/execution/deliverables. Flexible to adopt the changes in terms of processes/task handling. We wish: At least bachelor in any stream or equivalent experience At least 1 year of experience in MS-Excel or similar office tools – is preferred Proficiency in MS-Excel with Advanced skill like Power Query, Pivot, VB Scripting, Macros.
