We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our executive(s) in managing day-to-day tasks, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and maintain strict confidentiality in all responsibilities. This role requires flexibility, multitasking ability, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. 🧾 Key Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics. Draft emails, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Monitor, screen, and respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Organize and maintain digital and paper files. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as required. Assist in project coordination and research assignments. 📌 Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or relevant tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. High level of discretion and professionalism. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory. ✨ Preferred Attributes: Previous experience working with C-level executives.
