We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting our management team. Key Responsibilities: Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and ordering supplies as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, and route them to the appropriate departments. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access. Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff events. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
