Ranchi Cake shop is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help drive informed business decisions and optimize our online delivery operations for cakes and bakery products in Ranchi. Key Responsibilities: • Collect and interpret data from various sources, including sales, customer interactions, website analytics, and delivery logistics., • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality., • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets., • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs., • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data, present findings, and provide actionable insights., • Support efforts to improve customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and product sales through data-driven recommendations., • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy., • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software, or BI tools)., • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders., • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
