Recruit, train & guide advisors to sell life insurance policies.
Build and manage a team of performers to achieve monthly & yearly sales targets.
Promote Tata AIA’s protection, savings & investment plans to individuals, families & businesses.
Maintain strong client relationships, offer after‑sales service & ensure policy renewals.
Represent Tata AIA’s brand values of trust, ethics & customer focus.
