Job Opportunity: Merchant Onboarding Executive (BharatPe)
*Position Title: Merchant Onboarding ExecutiveCompany: BharatPe (Authorized Partner Channel)Work Type: Full-Time | Field SalesLocation: [All odisha]
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard merchants to the BharatPe platform.
Assist merchants with KYC documentation, app installation, and account activation.
Educate merchants on BharatPe’s QR code payment system and features.
Achieve assigned onboarding and activation targets.
Maintain records of merchant interactions and daily reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th/12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and direct merchant interaction.
Must own an Android smartphone.
Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory).
Compensation and Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and city)
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹8,000/month
Allowances: Travel and mobile expenses reimbursed
